Job Title HR Head We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic HR Head to supervise the Human Resources function in East and North India with the primary location being Current Delhi The ideal candidate should be a strategic leader with practical experience in HR operations compliance talent management and organizational development Regular travel to West Bengal and other areas will be a part of the role Responsibilities Take charge of the HR function across East and North India ensuring alignment with business objectives Formulate and execute HR strategies policies and procedures that facilitate growth and adherence to regulations Spearhead talent acquisition onboarding and retention efforts across various locations Monitor and handle employee relations performance management and grievance resolution Supervise payroll statutory compliance and HR documentation Cultivate a positive work environment through engagement learning and development programs Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to guarantee effective workforce planning Conduct HR audits and assessments across multiple branches offices Supervise a team of HR executives managers and ensure timely reporting to senior management Requirements Preferably male candidate due to travel and business needs Demonstrated experience of minimum 10 years in a senior HR role preferably covering multiple regions Willingness to travel extensively particularly to West Bengal and other locations Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities Proficiency in HR tools systems and labor laws applicable across states .
