Around 3 years to 6 years of work experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist preferably with manufacturing industry
Should have experience on Recruitment, Training & Development, Plant Admin, etc.
Should have good communication skills

CTC:
Rs 3.0 lpa to Rs 3.60 lpa
