What you’ll do
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) who is interested in building a career in recruitment. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status
Support the recruitment team in closing open positions on time
Requirements
Any graduate (HR background preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication skills (English required)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
