We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities, especially focusing on hiring for the marine and shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle recruitment for seafarers, technical staff, and office roles.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing and compliance-related activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with company standards.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with RPSL and marine industry regulations.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in the marine or shipping industry.(not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
