Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive / HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee attendance, HRMS activities, statutory compliance, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave, late-coming, permissions, and related records through the HRMS system.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and managers on HR-related matters and resolve routine employee queries.
• Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable labour regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll processing, attendance inputs, deductions, and statutory requirements.
• Support performance appraisal, confirmation, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance reports, and other management reports as required.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and communicated to employees.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Liaise with statutory authorities and external consultants, whenever required.
• Ensure timely completion of all HR and statutory activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations/generalist HR.
• Good working knowledge of HRMS and attendance management systems.
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances, particularly PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and LWF.
• Good knowledge of payroll coordination and HR documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance deadlines.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of handling multiple HR activities independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
A hands-on HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations, effectively communicate with employees and management, ensure timely statutory compliance, and maintain accurate HR records and HRMS data.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
