Job Description
To Manage HR Operations at the plant level with a focus on contract labour management statutory and legal compliance, payroll coordination, and basic safety practices, ensuring smooth workforce operations and compliance with labour laws.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Contract labour management.
• Labour laws and implementations & Training and Development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
Qualification : MBA-HR, MPM, MSW
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
