Hiring HR Business Partner (HRBP) for A Fast-Growing Healthcare Organization
Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (CTC)
About the Opportunity
Siddhipriya Ventures is hiring for a fast-growing healthcare organization based in Varanasi, which is on an exciting journey of growth and organizational transformation.
Our associate is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in building a high-performance, people-centric organization while strengthening and transforming its people practices.
This is not a routine HR role. It is an opportunity to build, influence, and create a lasting impact by driving organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and HR transformation.
We're not looking for someone to simply manage HR.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning initiatives.
• Design and implement Performance Management Systems (PMS).
• Drive Learning & Development and employee capability-building initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Foster employee engagement and build a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights through HR analytics.
• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to HR governance standards.
• Coach and mentor HR team members while supporting organizational growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional who:
• Has 4–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Holds an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Has strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Is proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of driving organizational change.
• Is passionate about building systems, developing people, and creating a culture of performance.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:
• Healthcare
• Diagnostics
• Hospitals
• Manufacturing
• Service Industry
