We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Analytics Specialist to join our Corporate HR team based at Rhodes. This role plays a critical part in enabling evidence‑based decision‑making across the business by transforming complex people data into clear, actionable insights.
You will design, develop, and automate reporting and dashboards, partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to uplift analytics capability and improve workforce outcomes.
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, translating insights into stories, and continuously improving how HR uses analytics.
