Job Description Own all People Operations analytics (HR Dashboard, Attrition report, Cost Analysis Performance appraisal, Employee survey). Bring improvements in HR Analytics to provide dynamic reports and dashboards adopting various tools. Translate data and trends into stories to drive business decisions. Develop, test, and validate analytics dashboards for the HR Team, business partners, and leaders so that they can easily draw insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to understand requirements for report requests, understand data structures, availability, and reporting limitations. Train and educate stakeholders on people data metrics and dashboards (HR team) Support new system implementations from discovery to launch and partner cross-functionally with IT to help design and build out People analytics data warehouse Maintain HRIS hygiene and protocol to support accurate reporting, making recommendations on improvements along the way. HR services vendor management - On-board, assess, and review vendors on a regular period for timely and quality of services. Help us build and pioneer the best People Analytics practices, roadmap, and technology. Align the HR functional intelligence with Analytical possibilities to create business value Responsible for HR Audit trackers. Primary Skills Passion curiosity for Data-driven approaches. Professional experience of working in a People Analytics function. Strong understanding of HR function, People data Analytical methods. Attention to data and identify insights that matter most and create effective storyboards. Able to project manage by iterating in an agile approach with a continuous improvement attitude. Secondary Skills A deeper Understanding of Data management People Analytics market understanding would be another advantage. Strong knowledge and high level of confidence in the use of spreadsheets, PowerPoint Data science tools. Concentration or focused studies in the areas of Human Resources, Business Analytics and/or Reporting Analytics.
