Job description
Skybeat Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin Professional to join our Human Resources department. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to support various HR functions and contribute to a positive employee experience within the management consulting industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, address benefits-related queries, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the payroll department to provide information and documentation necessary for payroll processing.
Manage attendance records, time-off requests, and timesheets to ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance tracking.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including record-keeping requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, and company policies.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
2-6 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
Proven experience with HR administration, including employee records management and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Skills / Attributes
Experience with HRIS systems.
Familiarity with payroll processing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
