Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a high standard of cleanliness. This is a fast-paced role that plays a vital part in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for guests and residents.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms
• Change bed linens and towels regularly, ensuring all items are fresh, clean, and neatly arranged
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow established cleaning and sanitizing procedures to maintain health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced work environment
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Weekend availability is required (Friday to Sundays)
