Public Area Attendant Housekeeping On Contract Andheri (India)

Job Purpose To maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of all public areas of the hotel, ensuring a secure, clean, and welcoming workplace for guests and team members in accordance with hotel standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all public areas including lobby, entrances, corridors, elevators, restrooms, staircases, offices, banquet areas, and back-of-house areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces. Ensure public washrooms are clean, well-stocked, and hygienic at all times. Collect and dispose of garbage as per waste management procedures. Replenish consumables such as tissue paper, hand wash, air fresheners, and other amenities in public areas. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning machines safely and efficiently. Follow cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and infection control practices. Provide courteous assistance to guests whenever required. Maintain proper grooming, discipline, and professional conduct at all times. Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper. Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of housekeeping practices and cleaning chemicals. Ability to operate housekeeping equipment. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit to perform cleaning and lifting activities. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
