Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Attendant:
• Contribute to the smooth running of the housekeeping department, delivering the highest levels of guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Respond promptly and positively to guest inquiries, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously.
• Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, executing them in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with your team, ensuring productivity, performance, and inventory control are effectively managed.
• Foster effective working relationships while embodying and promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, performing necessary follow-ups to maintain best practices and due diligence.
Requirements of the Housekeeping Attendant:
• Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Exhibit a hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, reflecting your passion for the hospitality industry.
