• Manage Housekeeping department controls, including employee schedules, master key release, and linen inventory.
• Attend to guest preferences and requests promptly, ensuring a personalized experience for each guest.
• Handle special occasions, such as arranging flowers or providing embroidered linen, to enhance guest experiences.
• Oversee daily guest clothing release for laundry service and manage monthly Lost and Found and donation activities.
