We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Mosaic Hotels in Mussoorie. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel's premises and ensuring an exceptional guest experience through their attention to detail and superior customer service skills.

Qualifications And Skills
• Cleaning (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in cleaning various surfaces and ensuring all rooms and public areas are kept in pristine condition.
• Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
• Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Ability to interact with guests professionally, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Time Management: Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to ensure that cleaning supplies and materials are well-stocked and rooms are prepared in a timely manner.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of rooms and public areas within the hotel premises.
• Replace linens, towels, and other room amenities as required.
• Address guest requests promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe work area.
• Replenish supply levels in storage rooms, housekeeping carts, and toiletries in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Assist with special event preparation and break-down as needed.
