This individual will be the primary point of contact for guests requiring housekeeping services, ensuring timely and efficient room cleaning, addressing complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about hotel housekeeping services and policies.
Housekeeping Coordination: Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely and efficient room cleaning, meeting quality standards.
Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services, addressing and resolving any issues related to housekeeping.
Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of room status and communicate with the front desk regarding room availability.
