• To plan and coordinate training activities with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, focusing on developing the skills and knowledge of our housekeeping staff.
• To conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to our high standards.
• Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
