We're Hiring! Reservation Specialist
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 1 – 2 years, preferrably from Hotel Industry

Are you passionate about the travel & hospitality industry and love helping people plan their journeys? We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Reservation Executives!

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound/outbound reservation inquiries via calls, emails, or online portals.
Manage hotel/transport bookings and itinerary confirmations.
Ensure smooth communication with guests and vendors.
Maintain booking records and support daily operational tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Who Can Apply:

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in reservation/customer service roles
Good command of English and MS Office
