Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hotel KST role based at the Johari Palace Jaipur. The role involves supporting front office and guest service operations, including assisting with check-in and check-out processes, handling basic receptionist duties, and responding to guest inquiries. Daily tasks include managing reservations, coordinating with different hotel departments to meet guest needs, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff. The position may also assist with food & beverage service, such as guiding guests on menus or coordinating with restaurant staff during busy periods. The Hotel KST is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, uphold hotel policies, and contribute to a professional, courteous atmosphere.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Experience or aptitude in Reservations, including managing bookings and maintaining accurate records.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction, problem-solving, and a courteous approach.
• Ability to perform Receptionist Duties such as greeting guests, handling inquiries, and supporting front desk operations.
• Basic understanding or experience in Food & Beverage service, including coordination with restaurant or room service teams.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
• Previous experience in hotels or hospitality is an advantage; a hospitality-related diploma or certification is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain a respectful, inclusive workplace.
