The ideal candidate should be creative, passionate about design, and have a keen eye for detail. Our fashion designer will be responsible for creating and developing garments that capture the look and feel of the Eileen Fisher brand.The successful candidate should possess excellent design and illustration skills, have knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends, and be able to bring a unique perspective to our designs that will set us apart from the competition. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of fabrics, color palettes, garment construction, and production processes.We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. The candidate should also be well organized, have the ability to prioritize tasks, and have a good understanding of the customer needs. Responsibilities:
