Job Overview:
We are a fast-paced sushi and hibachi restaurant offering both all-you-can-eat and à la carte dining experiences. We are seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Servers and Hostesses to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior restaurant experience, strong time management skills, can multi-task, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

For Servers:

Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
Be able to explain menu items and up-sell items, including sushi, hibachi, and all-you-can-eat options
Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs
Handle multiple tables while maintaining high service standards
Process payments and ensure accuracy of checks
For Hostesses:

Greet guests warmly and manage waitlists
Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections
Answer phone calls and handle reservations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
Communicate effectively with servers about customer needs
Accurately pack and organize to-go orders, ensuring quality and completeness
Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred (especially in sushi, all-you-can-eat, or high-volume settings)
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and reliability
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
