📢 We’re Hiring | Hostel Wardens – Boys & Girls Hostel
AAFT University of Media & Arts, Chhattisgarh is looking for responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Hostel Wardens for our Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels.
🔹 Position: Hostel Warden
• Vacancies: Boys’ Hostel & Girls’ Hostel
• Location: AAFT University, Chhattisgarh
• Experience: Prior experience in Hostel Administration
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of hostel residents.
• Supervise daily hostel activities and maintain proper records.
• Address students’ concerns and coordinate with parents/guardians when required.
• Monitor hostel attendance, security, cleanliness, and basic facilities.
• Handle emergencies and ensure compliance with university hostel policies.
• Coordinate with university administration, security, housekeeping, and other support teams.
• Conduct regular hostel rounds and maintain a safe and positive residential environment.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good administrative and problem-solving abilities
✔ Student-friendly yet disciplined approach
✔ Ability to manage emergencies and challenging situations
✔ Willingness to work in a residential/hostel environment
