WorkForce (Application Consultant)
Job Description
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure the WorkForce Suite, including setup functions, screen layouts, workflows, and calculations based on detailed customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain complex formulas using mathematical and programming concepts.
• Perform unit testing and system testing of configured applications to ensure functionality and quality.
• Collaborate with project team members to complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective Workforce Suite configurations.
• Provide configuration-related training to Workforce Software personnel as required.
• Assist with data loading and system initialization activities during implementation and go-live.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of configuration-related issues.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, testing activities, and project deliverables.
• Respond to customer requirements professionally and ensure timely follow-through.
• Participate in implementation activities and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and workflow setup.
• Experience developing complex formulas and calculations.
• Knowledge of unit testing and system testing methodologies.
• Experience with data loading and system initialization activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of customer requirements and implementation processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.
• Experience working directly with customers or implementation teams.
• Knowledge of workforce management processes, workflows, and calculations.
• Workforce Software certifications such as PT-101, PT-102
Education
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent relevant technical experience may also be considered.
