Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily hostel operations including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across all areas
Supervise housekeeping, security, and kitchen staff (if applicable)
Maintain inventory of supplies and essentials (water, gas, cleaning items, etc.)
Enforce hostel rules and ensure a safe, respectful environment
Manage utility checks (electricity, water tank, etc.) and coordinate with vendors
Keep records of payments, expenses, and occupancy
Report regularly to the owner on updates and issues
Suggest ideas for improving comfort, safety, and operations
