<\/span><\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>
- Id<\/span><\/span><\/span>entify and prospect new HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes and catering companies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilising fact -based selling methods.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Develops and executes effective HORECA account -specific marketing & Sales programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology or equivalent professional qualification.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Minimum <\/span><\/span><\/span>4 years Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers in the region.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/li>
- Strong Food Service contacts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Very good verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
