Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by handling
administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth day-
to-day operations. This individual acts as the backbone of the sales team, enabling them to
focus on driving revenue and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
o Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, proposals, and
presentations.
o Ensure all client requests and inquiries are addressed promptly.
o Coordinate and maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and deals.
2. Order Processing and Management
o Manage and process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
3. Customer Relationship Management
o Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM software.
4. Coordination and Collaboration
o Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments
such as marketing, finance, and operations.
o Schedule meetings, calls, and sales presentations.
5. Reporting and Analysis
o Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
provide insights to the sales team.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role (1+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
