Looking for a well trained, qualified, and experienced home appliance repair tech for Long Island, NY - Queens, NY - and surrounding towns.
***EXPERIENCE, THOROUGHNESS. AND QUALITY IS A MUST***
Must have a vehicle and own tools. Be willing to accept 5-12 or more service calls per day, we can feed as many calls as you can handle, sky's the limit.
Must have good communication skills with office, personable, friendly personality. Have not only good mechanical skills but customer service skills as well. Will be diagnosing and repairing customers appliances either under warranty, contract or cod. All makes and models.
We are a very busy outfit and authorized for most manufacturers and companies. Work hard and the sky is the limit.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and premium skills in appliance repair and schematics to effectively troubleshoot issues. Your strong communication skills and customer service orientation will be essential in interacting with clients and providing exceptional service. Additionally, relevant experience in HVAC, equipment repair, and field service will enhance your ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair various household appliances, ensuring optimal functionality.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and solutions.
Utilize mechanical knowledge and schematics to troubleshoot appliance issues.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during all repair activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $1.00 - $250,000.00 per year
