Understand user roles and design for their needs Collaborate with Product Managers Developers and Tax Experts to define UX goals Simplify complex tax-related workflows and interfaces Create user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback Design consistent accessible and intuitive interfaces Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the UX Maintain and evolve a scalable design system Work in agile development teams and participate in product planning Skill Requirement Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools e g Figma Adobe XD Knowledge of responsive web and mobile-first design Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms preferably finance or tax domain Ability to conduct user research usability testing and data- driven design Solid communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Knowledge of HTML CSS is a plus Qualification Bachelor s degree in Design or Computer Science or related field Working Hours Office Timings 10 AM - 7 PM Monday to Friday
