Job Title: Executive Assistant cum Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant cum Business Analyst to support senior management in both administrative and analytical functions. The role requires frequent coordination with the factory based on management presence and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate between corporate office and factory operations
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance data and generate insights
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries
- Track KPIs across departments (Sales, Production, Finance)
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Support management in strategic planning and decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Ability to multitask and work closely with top management
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Tally or similar)
- Familiarity with Power BI / data visualization tools
Work Requirement
- Base location: Rajkot
- Must be flexible to coordinate and travel to factory as per management schedule
