Key Responsibilities:
• Instructional Planning and Delivery:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach mathematics concepts and principles in a clear and understandable manner.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and enhance student understanding.
• Student Assessment and Support:
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and observations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Offer additional support and guidance to students who need extra help with mathematics concepts.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Address and manage classroom behavior issues effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Curriculum and Program Development:
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the mathematics curriculum.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and integrate new practices into the classroom as appropriate.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student learning and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required by the school administration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) preferred.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and educational practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and effectively manage a classroom.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
