Hiring for Financial Analyst Assistant position
Job description:
Assisting and coordinating with the US clients.
form 460 calculation
Preparing and sorting documents for compilation in a neat/organized manner
Entering data into database software and ensure the accuracy of the input data
Email to prospects and clients for consultation
Texting prospects who did not show for their consults
Scheduling them on manager's calendar to talk with them
Data gathering via e-mail/call/Entering
Skills Required:
Proficient in MS Office/Excel and ability to learn multiple programs quickly
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any.
He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels.
The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.
Proven ability to analyze issues, organize, and proactively manage change.

0 to 2 years of Finance experience
