Hiring Area Sales Manager -Channel Sales_Noida location
Job Description
• Drive Sales of the LABTEC/ANACHEM Division’s complete range of products through Channel Partners which includes (Lab Balances, Mass comparators, Moisture Analysers, pH Meters, Density meters, Titrators, UV/VIS, Refractometers, Melting Point etc)
• To generate Sales for Lab equipment through Channel Partners, Sub-dealers, agents-from the industry
• Segments (Pharma, Chemical, Food, Education, Govt Research Institutes etc) and convert
• the same into Sales Order.
• Develop and implement stock and sale strategy. Support Channel Partners in Lead Nurturing and Opportunity Management.
• Achieve assigned sales target, profitability, and cost objectives for the assigned territory in alignment with the Regional Manager’s business plan.
• To Coach, Mentor and Motivate Channels for Business Growth and Target Achievement and monitor sales performance on monthly basis
• Timely collection of payments, Service Orders, etc. as per the sales contract from time to time
• To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.
• Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products.
• To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance, and breakdowns.
• To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements.
• To keep himself abreast with the concurrent issues in the Sales and Marketing, the Analytical Instruments and Laboratory Products Industry, technology, competitors
