As a Guidance Counselor at Collegehai, your primary responsibility will be to engage with students and parents to promote our educational programs. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate the benefits of our programs and address student concerns effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders through regular calls and emails.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to promote our programs and services to students and the broader community.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and program offerings to ensure expert advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly call and enrollment targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in academic counseling or telecalling is highly desirable.
