High Performing Talent Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in Talent Management and Organization Development initiatives, with a strong focus on creating an impact and raising organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for supporting the development of high potential employees, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing talent, and executing various Talent Management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing Learning and Development interventions, with a proven track record of strengthening people capability. You will be responsible for managing formal and information communications for L&D team interventions, facilitating in-house training modules, and developing L&D dashboards for business reviews. Additionally, you will evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of Training interventions at a reaction, learning, and application level.
