As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful rollout of Windows 11 across our organisation.
Key tasks include imaging laptops with Windows 11, performing laptop exchanges with staff, and providing basic troubleshooting and support.
You will also collaborate with infrastructure specialists to resolve technical issues and manage inventory and scheduling of devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a self-starting attitude.
Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and completion of a Year 12 certificate or equivalent are also essential.
