We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in US Healthcare Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals for permanent and/or contract positions across the United States and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2–8+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for:
• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Allied Health
• Laboratory
• Imaging
• Pharmacy
• Therapy
• Clinical & Non-Clinical Healthcare positions
• Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean Search.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
