Job Description
Role Purpose
:
Drive service revenues from HVAC installations,focuses on building market presence, securing new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, while rapidly creating a service network through partners.
• KEY DRIVERS :
• Generate Service Sales Revenue at national level through Channel Partners Pan-India for all HVAC installations.
• Re-establish and operationalize the Service Department to ensure full readiness, including hiring, onboarding, and implementing a robust training strategy for employees and partners.
• Develop and execute a Service Sales strategy to build a strong service culture and drive revenue growth through service agreements and installed base sales.
• Manage the complete service cycle, from initial client contact and on-site evaluations to bid submission, proposal development, and contract negotiation and closing.
• Arrange Site surveys and inspection at installation sites, Techno - Commercial Discussions for Scope of Works, Specification, Agreements.secure AMC Contracts.
Generate Incidental Revenue from Retrofits Jobs.Develop technical training infrastructure to onboard employees and partners efficiently, Monitor and manage Spares Inventory.
• DESIRED INCUMBENT
• 20 years’ experience in Industrial/B2B HVAC Service and After Sales Service exposure at national level.
• Solid technical understanding of commercial HVAC services and products.

trols.
