This position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our discerning clientele. • Sales Strategy and Planning: • Client Relationship Management: • Business Development and Event Collaboration: • Budget Management: • Team Management: Reporting to : Business Head Requirements: • Graduate or a Postgraduate in Hotel Management or Sales & Marketing • 10-12 years’ experience in a 5 or 4-star hotel chain from hospitality background or from luxury retail with proven track record in Increasing sales through various sales channels. • High degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand links between sales and profit. • Knowledge of high-end event planning and execution, ensuring attention to detail and a focus on delivering memorable experiences. • Very good understanding of budgeting and financial management, with the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining cost-effectiveness. • In-depth knowledge of the luxury banquet / event / catering industry. • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in the Corporate & luxury events segment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts. • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to identify market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies. • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-level client relationships. • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire sales and event process. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and overcoming challenges
