Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Recruitment.
The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the hiring strategies that support the growth of the company.
The role requires effective communication with other departments to identify recruitment needs and ensuring that all job requisitions are handled efficiently and effectively to help build up a strong team.
The Head of Recruitment is responsible for enabling a positive candidate experience and building a strong employer brand in the market.
Qualifications
Hiring and Recruiting skills
Employer Branding skills
Experience in conducting and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Excellent interviewing skills to assess candidate fit
Experience in Graduate Recruitment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Proven work experience as a Head of Recruitment or similar role
