We are partnering with a top-tier Life Insurance company in India to identify a Vice President – Digital Product Management to lead a high-impact digital transformation mandate across proprietary distribution channels. 📍 Location: Gurgaon 💼 Level: Vice President 🎯 Experience: 15–20 years 🏦 Industry: BFSI / Life Insurance The Opportunity This is a strategic product leadership role responsible for shaping the digital product vision, strategy and roadmap for Agency and Direct channels, with significant influence on business growth, productivity and distributor experience.

Key mandate
• Own the digital product strategy and roadmap for proprietary channels - Lead large-scale digital transformation across sales and distribution journeys - Drive customer-centric product innovation and adoption - Re-engineer processes to improve productivity and business outcomes - Partner closely with Business, Technology, Engineering and Architecture leadership - Drive prioritisation, investment decisions and value realisation - Lead and develop a high-performing product and delivery organisation - Champion Agile, design thinking and continuous innovation - Influence senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organisation Ideal Profile ✔️ 15–20 years of overall experience with significant Product Management leadership ✔️ Strongexperience building and scaling digital products in BFSI ✔️ Life Insurance experience strongly preferred ✔️ Proven ownership of product strategy, vision and large-scale roadmaps ✔️ Experience working with distribution-led business models ✔️ Strong business, technology and stakeholder management orientation ✔️ Demonstrated people leadership and ability to lead large transformation agendas This is an opportunity to shape the digital future of a leading life insurance business and directly influence a large-scale proprietary distribution ecosystem.
