This role focuses on the India Market (Financial Services and Consumer spaces).
Your Role
We seek an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who excels in communication and is comfortable navigating uncertainty. This is an opportunity for you to share your ideas and contribute to shaping the future of content marketing.
As our Content Marketing Project Manager, you will:
• Create and optimize content strategies for clients, collaborating closely with your manager.
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with client objectives.
• Generate impactful ideas and craft comprehensive briefs for content pieces, ensuring a robust pipeline of engaging material.
• Provide consultative expertise to clients, offering thoughtful analysis of their content and its impact on customer goals.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Content strategy creation and execution.
• Managing and assigning work to freelancers and editors.
• Tracking due dates, reviewing work, and providing feedback to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Reporting on content performance against established strategies each month.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in content marketing for high-growth companies.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience in account management at a marketing agency or in-house team.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing content strategies, tracking performance, and achieving high-impact results.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of content reporting tools and metrics, including GA4, Ahrefs, Clearscope, GSC, Screaming Frog, and others.
• Understanding of content distribution channels, including search, social, and email.
