•Digital Ops Risk ,
•Digital Fraud Risk ,
•Digital Portfolio Risk
Adherence to Compliance , Regulation , Internal Processes
•Regulatory reporting of various metrics to the regulators/related parties ( RBI, NPCI etc.)
•Digital Business and property adherence to various regulations and compliances
Control Room for monitoring ( Across Platform, products, solutions)
•Real time updates of platform and business health
•Alerts on abnormalities
•Real time application status
•Data reliability
Business Process Governance
•Ensuring execution is as per rolled out committee approvals
•Timely review and testing to ensure product/policy/process is updated.
