We're looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen at Hotel Amaiti by stayxp, Pondicherry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian and Chinese cuisine, be capable of managing and mentoring a kitchen team, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality, and controlling inventory and food costs.
