Required a Dedicated Head Bakery Chef who can handle production to staff cordination in Commercial Bakery Kitchen.
A Head Bakery Chef is responsible for the overall bakery production, quality, staff, and food safety. Here are the key responsibilities:
Head Bakery Chef Responsibilities
Plan daily production according to sales and orders.
Prepare breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items.
Develop new recipes and improve existing products.
Maintain consistent taste, texture, appearance, and quality.
Supervise and train bakery staff.
Prepare staff duty rosters and assign daily tasks.
Monitor raw material inventory and place purchase requests.
