• Role Overview:

As the HR Manager at Scylla Luxury Resort & Spa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience and fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for nurturing talent and driving organizational success.
• Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained.

- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

2. Training and Development:

- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Conduct training needs assessments and identify areas for employee development.

- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally, to support employee growth and career development.

3. Performance Management:

- Establish performance management processes to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Conduct performance reviews and goal-setting sessions with employees and managers.

- Implement performance improvement plans as needed and provide coaching and support to employees to achieve their goals.

4. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.

5. Compliance and Policy Implementation:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and values.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
