Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping, located in Jaipur, at Mementos by ITC Hotels. The Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping will be responsible for keeping records of room assignments, cleaning schedules, and laundry and guest supplies.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in housekeeping or guest services is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, and ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus
