Job Description
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to spa guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with spa guests, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
Appointment Management: Schedule and manage spa appointments, coordinating with guests and spa staff to ensure smooth operation and optimal guest experience.
Spa Promotion: Assist in promoting spa services and packages to guests, providing detailed information about treatments, pricing, and special offers.
Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information and answering inquiries regarding spa facilities, services, and policies.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell spa services or retail products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Billing and Payments: Process guest payments accurately, handle billing inquiries, and maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Facility Maintenance: Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the spa facility, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Guest Feedback: Collect and evaluate guest feedback, suggestions, and complaints, and take necessary actions to improve the guest experience.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other spa staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience, assisting in various tasks as needed.
