About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Strategy Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our growth journey, working closely with our executive leadership team.

You will be responsible for executing and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives, driving business growth and improving performance. This is a unique opportunity to work with a market-leading revenue productivity platform, combining on-the-job learning and deal execution.

As a Growth Strategy Lead, you will:
• Develop a long-term view of emerging technologies and markets in the Sales tech stack, informing our business, product, and investment strategy.
• Build a sharp understanding of the evolving SaaS landscape, trends in B2B Sales and GTM, Enterprise and Commercial Customer needs, and buying behavior related to sales technology.
• Create scalable how-to-win strategies and frameworks for application across products, channels, monetization, and market fits.
• Track and pre-empt competitor and ecosystem dynamics, aligning our proactive response and market positioning with our leadership team.
• Identify, define, and scope high-impact strategic initiatives and projects, expediting growth and improving business performance.
• Owning end-to-end delivery of identified strategic or cross-functional projects, bringing timely and useful insight, perspective, and analytical support.
• Partner with Finance and Product Engineering teams for in-depth business and product due diligence and integration plans in Corporate Development and MA contexts.
• Work closely with our CEO and executive team for preparing monthly and quarterly board updates, board meeting-related materials.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 3-5 years' experience in management consulting and/or a strategy role.
• Functional experience in the TMT domain (Technology, Media Telecom).
• Integrated experience in the SaaS market eco-system, staying current on competitive and market trends, and bringing those insights to inform business and product strategy.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of clearly communicating a long-term vision across the company, investors, and customers.
• Maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels of a global matrixed organization.
• A strong executive presence, demonstrating consistent leadership behaviors and team management skills with the ability to structure, manage, and coordinate multiple complex cross-functional projects.
• Discipline and comfort working with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to executives.
