RESPONSIBILITES
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Manage multiple Instagram profiles.
Create content calendars and schedule daily posts and reels.
Confidently appear in and create short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, etc.) for the company's social media channels.
Create content scripts and coordinate video publishing.
Research trends and implement new content ideas.
Coordinate video recording, basic editing, and publishing of reels.
Maintain marketing trackers, reports, and campaign documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
0–1 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is preferred. Training will be provided.
Willingness to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and other social platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
Experience scheduling content using social media management tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
Experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
