Chai Spice Inc.
Calgary, Alberta (In-Person)
Contract – 3 Months (~30 Hours per Week)
$25–30 per Hour

Open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
Chai Spice is a fast-growing Canadian CPG brand bringing authentic masala chai to retail shelves and online customers across Alberta. As we scale ecommerce, we are building a high-performance creative engine to drive demand, support paid ads, and strengthen our digital presence.
We are hiring a Growth Content & Creative Lead to build and execute a content strategy that directly supports revenue growth across social, paid media, and email.
This is not a passive social media role. This is a production-focused, performance-driven position where content must convert.
Key Responsibilities
Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Create UGC-style ad creatives to support paid campaigns
Photograph products (white background + lifestyle)
Develop visual assets for bundles, promotions, and landing pages
Manage and grow organic presence on Instagram and TikTok
Launch and manage TikTok Shop
Plan and execute a monthly branded newsletter (content, visuals, and campaign coordination)
Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Growth Lead to test and iterate ad creatives
Build and maintain a structured content calendar across social and email
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
40–60 short-form video assets produced
Structured creative testing pipeline for paid ads
Monthly revenue-driving newsletter campaigns launched
Improved engagement and consistent posting cadence
TikTok Shop launched and optimized
Organized content library with reusable assets
Documented content framework for ongoing use
Qualifications
2+ years creating content for ecommerce or CPG brands
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
Experience producing high-performing short-form content
Basic experience building email campaigns in Shopify or Klaviyo
Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and conversion psychology
Ability to execute quickly and independently
Preferred Experience

Founder-led storytelling
Performance-driven creative production
